Straight from a small, public high school, I was selected by Lloyd Richards, a Tony Award winning director who was instrumental in developing the careers of August Wilson, Wendy Wasserstein, Christopher Durang and David Henry Hwang, for admission into an elite graduate school program at New York University’s Tisch School of the Arts.
